本規約は、iOSアプリ「えびおぼえ」(以下「本アプリ」)の利用条件を定めるものです。本アプリをダウンロード・利用した時点で、本規約に同意したものとみなします。
本アプリは、ユーザーが登録したWebコンテンツのURLを、忘却曲線に基づく間隔で復習するためのツールです。登録先コンテンツ自体は各プラットフォームに帰属し、本アプリはその可用性を保証しません。
登録したコンテンツの著作権は各権利者に帰属します。本アプリはコンテンツ本体を複製・再配布せず、URLとメタデータ(タイトル・サムネイル)のみを個人的な学習目的で保存します。
「えびおぼえ Pro」は買い切り型のアプリ内課金です。購入・返金はAppleのApp Storeの規約に従います。
本アプリは現状有姿で提供されます。開発者は、本アプリの利用によって生じたいかなる損害についても、法令で認められる最大限の範囲で責任を負いません。
本規約は予告なく変更されることがあります。変更後の規約は本ページに掲載した時点で効力を生じます。
本規約は日本法に準拠します。

These terms govern your use of the iOS app "EbiOboe" (the "App"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these terms.
The App is a tool for reviewing URLs of web content you save, at intervals based on the forgetting curve. The underlying content belongs to its respective platforms, and the App does not guarantee its availability.
Copyright of saved content remains with its rights holders. The App does not copy or redistribute content itself; it stores only the URL and metadata (title, thumbnail) for your personal learning.
"EbiOboe Pro" is a one-time in-app purchase. Purchases and refunds are handled under Apple's App Store terms.
The App is provided as-is. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the App.
These terms may change without notice. Updated terms take effect when posted on this page.
These terms are governed by the laws of Japan.
